Should I fill all 140 title characters?
No. Etsy allows up to 140 characters but now encourages clear, scannable titles and suggests considering fewer than 15 words. State the item and its most important traits. The word-count suggestion is guidance, not a hard limit.
How many tags can I use?
Etsy allows up to 13 tags, with up to 20 characters per tag. Choose relevant phrases and remove duplicates. The editor checks these limits; it does not measure search volume or ranking potential.
Are the phrases researched keywords?
No. Phrases you supply are wording preferences. They are not evidence of product features, search demand, or current trends. Do not add materials, certifications, licences or delivery promises unless they are true.
What should I include for a digital product?
State the actual file formats, sizes, delivery method, software needs and usage terms. An editable template, a made-to-order file and an instant download are different products; explain which one you sell.
Can I edit and copy without generating again?
Yes. Each draft keeps its edits while you browse the current set. Undo restores the selected draft. Generation uses the existing tool allowance; editing and copying do not.
